The Al Seef Tower is a 44-floor residential tower in the Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 215 m (705 ft). Construction of Al Seef Tower was completed in April 2005.
Al Seef Tower is of unrivalled architectural and structural design and usually a project of this nature generally takes at least two and a half years but the hallmark of this tower is that it was built in record time-21 months (completed April 2005). Another point of interest is its design which incorporates a squared shape on the lower floors, a wider extended shape (due to balconies) at mid-level, a circular shape at the higher level, and a pyramid crown at top.
