This property is located in the town of AuTrain and is only minutes from Pictured Rocks and Lake Superior. Take a 10 minute walk to AuTrain Beach and enjoy the river or Lake Superior, or to just catch the sunset. The AuTrain River is across the street and you can use the area to launch the boat or canoe/kayaks. The property has lots of trees and is secluded from the neighbors. There is a really nice campfire area setup to enjoy the outdoors and relax after a long day of exploring.
Included in your stay is all the linens, towels, paper products and cooking supplies. There is a gas grill with propane and a picnic table. Also included is a canoe and a row boat (a motor can be rented for an additional charge) The retreat sleeps 4-8 guests and is very spacious and accommodating. WiFi and cable TV is included
Pictured Rocks Cruise is only 12 miles away and there are over a dozen waterfalls within a 30 mile radius. The National Lakeshore provides days worth of outdoor activities. The owner will meet with you to provide you advice on the area and things to do as well as answer any questions you will have.
