Our home is located on DeKalb Ave in Brooklyn. The private apartment is on the 3rd floor with a separate entrance from the street level steps. It has been newly renovated with wood floors and a renovated kitchen. Each room has 3 windows making the spaces bright and welcoming.There is a king size bed in the spacious studio, lamps on 2 nightstands an either side and a clock radio. A leather love seat is provided for relaxation. Across from the bed is an eight drawer dresser, and a 46' Samsung TV. We offer local TV and Roku 3 with Netflix and games. Next to the dresser is a desk with a lamp and a swivel chair. Wireless internet is available. A double closet with wooden hangers, an iron and padded ironing board. We also included a sofa that converts to a double bed. Linens are supplied for both beds. Cotton sheets, cotton blankets and down comforters. There are 4 standard pillows and 2 king pillows. There is a linen closet with additional towels and sheets/blankets. Remote control AC in the bedroom.The bathroom has a tub for bath or shower, Shelves for extra towels, wash cloths and a hair dryer. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste are complementary. The kitchen is a separate space, with a refrigerator, and a 4 burner stove with oven. Also provided, a microwave, toaster, tea kettle, keurig coffee maker, blender, knife set, cutting boards stainless steel pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, drinking glasses, utensils, bowls, baking dishes, and a measuring cup. Paper plates, napkins, paper towels, hot cups, coffee and tea with creamer and sweeteners are complementary. On the other side of the room is a table with place mats and 4 chairs. There are child proof gates on all the windows, a security gate going to the fire escape and an air conditioner in the kitchen. Ample heat is supplied in the colder months. On the entry table you will find menus, maps and information on events around town. We offer complimentary welcome snacks, water & soda, and fruit to start out your great visit to New York!
