The snow is here to stay and our condo is perfect for a winter ski lease! Multiple families can go in together and have unlimited access to some of the best skiing, sledding & snowboarding Tahoe has to offer! The longer the lease, the better the pricing! Just 1.5 miles from Diamond Peak - 9 miles from Mt. Rose - 12.5 from Northstar!

We are close to all Incline Beaches and even closer to both Mountain & Championship Golf Courses- what more could you ask for?!
The kitchen has newer stainless steel appliances with a KitchenAid stove and built-in microwave, large french door refrigerator, dishwasher, plenty of counter space, and all the kitchen utensils you could possibly need.
There's a king size bed in the Master bedroom and loft space. The second bedroom is kid friendly-with a Twin/Full bunk bed with an additional Twin Trundle pullout.
There are two full bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom is a shower/jacuzzi tub combo. Upstairs is a full size tub and shower combination.
The condo can sleep 6 comfortably.
